What are the limitations of the Notify Actions (Static & Dynamic Recipient setup)?

I'm curious to know, what have you identified as a limitation or constraint of the Notify Action?

I think It is manual. Users have to click on the button to push the notification.

I agree that the main limitation is that it is a manual process.
