Being our customer an Italian firm, the model should be available both in English and in Italian. Is this possible?

Japanese and English are the available languages from a menu/modeling persepective. However, you can edit any text formatted line item or list item to be in the language of your choice. You can also change your browser language settings which will help you format the dates and the currencies. Here's an additional post that may help.
