Dynamic cell access for workspace admins

Hello Community , 

 

As a workspace admin , in a module for a line item , even on read access , it is noted that though values cannot be inputted manually , if we ran an action which loads in the line item , it is writing and ignoring the DCA

example - 

source module

target module - dca enabled , 

 

Running an import which loads from AOP one to forecast ( dca enabled )

Even after DCA is read , the action is updating values .

 

Is this expected behaviour

This behavior is in line with the documentation for Dynamic Cell Access on Anapedia:

Note: If you're a workspace administrator, you can import from a file into cells for which you do not have dynamic cell write access.
