All data is not getting captured , please help why data is getting ignored.

Your input view include month level which is a parent level. The import action will ignore it, that's why the import action will give you the ignore message. To get rid of it, you need to remove the parent level from your input view.

Thank you for your response , how to do the correction as you mentioned that correction to be done in Input . I m importing the data from my Data Hub , how to do the changes there.

You can create a module view in DAT03. Use filter or Show/Hide to remove all the month level in Time dimension.
If you are not sure how to create module view, I recommend you to got thru the training material to learn it.
Once the module view is done, in your spoke model, recreate the import action to source from the saved view of DAT03 in datahub.
