Unable to export view to Excel

Hi All,

I am currently unable to export a view from an app page to Excel. When I select this option the screen goes blank and nothing happens.

This feels like a bug but could there be a setting needs to be updated to enable this as I am able to export to a csv.

Works for me - Downloaded successfully in all formats (.csv, .xls, .xlsx)

Hi All,

looks like I'm facing the same problem.

For one user, export in all formats does not work on a certain app page. For other users, everything works correctly.

Anaplan shows the error "The site eua1.app.anapla.com did not send data."
We checked all the accesses, everything is in order with them.

It looks like some kind of bug.
