Hi,
How to hide the sync time period that are blank in my Management reporting ?
Thanks in advance for helping.
Tom
Hello,
You can use a filter to hide blank values.
Starting Situation:
Step 1: Add a filter to columns to hide 0 values
End Situation:
In case you have multiple line items you can create a support line item called "filter amount", which is the sum of all absolute values.
For example "Filter Item = ABS(Item1) + ABS(Item2) + ABS(Item3)" and then use that for filtering. Now months where only one line item would not equal 0 would still be visible.
Thanks @Lehtohen for commenting.
Applying filter would not work as there are data in my future quarter.
They are blank because i enables the Time Sync and Hierarchy filter.
