I just want to say that there are it is possible to set up a Bulk Copy action in such a way that the target and/or source can be selected when the action is being run. This can be done by using dynamic parameters in the action's configuration. Dynamic parameters allow you to define variables that can be set at runtime, and can be used to specify the target and/or source for the Bulk Copy action. You can use dynamic parameters in combination with user input prompts to prompt the user to select the target and/or source when the action is being run.

I am aware that I can add Bulk Copy as an action via Action in Model Settings Bar however to set this up I have to select the target and source version/list member.
Is there any way to set this up so that I can select the target and/or source when the action is being run?

No, there no way to set up to select the target when the action is being run.
In Anaplan all the import actions are pre defined and configured which is a one time work/setup.
