Try changing the export excel file type from xls to xlsx.
Or to .csv/.txt
For further context, .XLS (which is compatible with Excel 97-2003 Workbook) has a limit of 65536 rows. Hence, it is prompting the error - Excel workbooks cannot support more than 65536 rows.
This is also why other Users from this community is advising you to change to another file type. Hope this is informative.
