Just wanted to understand if it is possible to assign someone with the 'Integration Admin' rights but not the 'Workspace Admin' rights. Could not find any related literature.

I have not worked with Cloudworks, but hope this answer helps you. This is what I could get from Anapedia, which I understand you need to be assigned the WS Admin role prior granting Integrations one:
