It looks like you might have a subsidiary view on volume. Meaning your module dimensions don't match the line item. I would make sure you didn't accidentally change anything in the applies to section for that line item.

Hi I was having trouble with the mapping and played around the system to attempt to figure it out but now I'm totally lost. When I tried uploading I get this mapping page, can someone provide me with directions on how to course correct?
