Provide self-service download of Gurobi log files for Optimizer

As a frequent user of Optimizer, I want to be able to download Gurobi logs following an Optimizer run, so that I can analyse potential reasons for errors or changes in runtime.

I’ll know this is successful when a button, or link, is available in the status window upon Optimizer completion, and I can use it to download the Gurobi log. Ideally, it would also be useful if the log could be downloaded separately (later) by providing the correlationID.

This will make it easier and quicker for me to understand and tune the performance of my optimizations.
