From the Country selection - is the user supposed to be able to selec All Regions or not? The 12.2 Sprint 1 User Experience Checklist says this:

  • Can the end user filter the list of accounts to view only those accounts in a specific account segment?

The way i built it YES. But the user must select a specific country. The user cannot select All Regions so he can see all accounts in a specific segments for all regions. Is that ok?

    Yes you are right, user should select only the country(not the top level) and user can see all accounts in a specific segments for all regions.

    Yes, The individual users must be able to select the region against their respective countries only and can view all the segments as per the account. The approach you are proceeding seems fine.
