UX - Better Color Coding / Formatting

In the NEW UX we recently saw Format & Style modification modifications capacity.

Its a great tools for Reporting nevertheless we could enhance the fonctionnality

1) Possibility to select specific line items to applies Format & Style
2) Possibility on Non Productive List to applies Format & Style to specific element.
3) It would be great to be able to changes Format based on Managements Rules or specific Boolean.

Ex :
I have a boolean saying : Is the amount of element valide with the budget ?

If Boolean is False Then "Style 1" Else "Style 2"

⇒ Style 1 + Red
⇒ Style 2 + Green
