I have attached a screenshot where I am getting error to restore my model. I have archived this model and copy archive. Does deployed mode cause any effect?

You can't restore your model when it's in deployed mode as it will break your sync with the Dev Model.

If you have ALM implemented you can't restore PROD without running into issues.

You cannot currently restore a deployed mode model beyond the latest revision.
There is something allowing that on the roadmap (was originally planned for 22th april, but has been postponed).
So yeah, you either have a backup available, or you are good for manually rebuilding whatever was lost.

Hello, My interface uses basic authentication to log in to Anaplan. The login process has been failing intermittently for about a week. How can I identify the root cause of these Anaplan API login failures? Username and password are correct. The account is not locked or expired. Thanks, Jorge Palma
