Can anyone enter Case Portal?
HI all,
Starting this year in first autoreply to my tickets from Anaplan Support I receive a note about Case Portal.
But when i am trying to go via the link I am getting to a help page instead of the portal
Any link in the Community with "Case Portal" description also leads to the same page.
Am I the only one or everyone has the same issue?

From what I can see - yes you have access, but if you are experiencing any problems, please raise a case via support@anaplan.com and we can help you out! Thank you

Hi @GingerAnderson I still haven't been contacted regarding this issue and meanwhile the case I created is not advancing because the support team working on it needs input from me and I am unable to reply. Can you please assist ?
