Is my Anaplan Academy Workspace Account Active?

Hi,

1. I can't access my Anaplan Academy Workspace
   1. User: berthaperez1148@hotmail.com
   2. Error: The email and password combination is incorrect
   3. I changed my password for Workspace 2 times and got the same error.

2. Who can fix the problems with my account so I can access the Anaplan Academy Workspace?

Hello @berthaperez1148 ,

The Academy Workspaces are generally only online for 90 days. I am afraid that if you want to request an extension or check whether it is still open you should contact academy@anaplan.com .

I reach out to academy@anaplan.com, they send me to Talent Builder team, the Talent Builder team send me to Support@anaplan.com and also back to Academy@anaplan.com.

I still have the same issue reported on this post and send an email to Support@anaplan.com
