You can avail free 90 days access by requesting access to the Talent Builder Workspaces which you can submit your registration through the following site

https://community.anaplan.com/kb/articles/153709-start-your-certified-model-builder-journey-with-anaplan-talent-builder#latest

You can directly email to Talentbuilder@anaplan.com for a status update on your request. This may take upto 5 business days.
