Regarding User Story 1.4 & 1.5, the account / location relationships are empty in both the hub & spoke models. I don't see a downloadable file that gives this information (perhaps I missed it?)
I can't seem to get the numbers shown in step 6.3 without this information though. Are we expected to make up which accounts are located where?
