can someone tell why this is looking different

Not here. Goto Blueprint view of SYS09 Module> You will see a column naming Vesions> Select All from the dropdown there for all rows.

do you mean here?, if so i didn't exactly understand what to be done

In Versions section, Select "All" and pivot it to make the view same as screenshot.

but when i am trying to select all, it automatically deselects the one I am trying to select, which makes it finally select only either one of them.
