Double check the "Left?" line item, the formula likely needs to be adjusted. Employees without a Leave Data are still employed whereas your module does not reflect that.
In the screenshots shared see the left? line item in Expected the boolean are false but in your screenshot the left? line item boolean is true, in your screenshot it looks like both started and left line item boolean are true. Based on the observation from screenshots it looks like you have misplaced the formulas of Left? and Employed? can you cross check them. Hope it helps.
