Improve the governance around assets

1. Set up a governance around adding and maintaining images. Limiting access, approval flow, etc. to manage that the correct and the same images are use across all models.
2. Trace where the images are used. With a large number of models and apps it is difficult to check the usage. For maintaining the list and preserving the standards it would be very useful to see if and where images are used.
3. Possibility to increase the 3GB tenant limit. This should not be a limiting factor for large customers.
