Hello
I'm having issues to import the data into Employees list. Instead of showing the employees names its showing a number with # in front of it. Could you please help me?

Since the list is a numbered list , you need to load the employee name into the property marked as display name , since for a numbered list the name is display name is employee name , # represents unique identifier for each item , and use code to load each item
Map Employee Name with Display Name in import action.
In import action while mapping, map display name with Employee Name and run the action once again
