Clear space in your workspace. If there is unwanted models are present in workspace then archive it. Also remove unwanted modules, list from model. Follow model optimization checklist.

You can try turning off Summary for line items, where not required, remove line items that are not being used, identify line items with more dimensions than required, club the calculations from multiple line items in single line item in case of large modules.

@aishwary2003 - This error occurs when syncing your QA/Prod model and it will exceed the workspace limit after the changes are promoted to higher environment.
