You should drop an email to academy@anaplan.com for any concerns related to workspace or trainings.
@PranilKadukar - I would suggest you to wait for 5-6 more days, at times it takes little bit of time to get the free workspace and if you still face the same issue then reach out to Anaplan Academy on academy@anaplan.com
@PranilKadukar You will receive an email from Anaplan regarding the approval or rejection of the requested Anaplan workspace. If you want to check the status. Go to the same link from where you applied for free workspace:

Click on the same link and go to My Learning and then transaction History, you will be able to see the status of you workspace request.
