Unable to Populate Data for Parent Levels in the Workforce Hierarchy List.

Hello, I'm trying to utilize the new hierarchy card in the UX for workforce planning model but struggling with pulling any attributes/amounts in the personnel org hierarchy list (7 levels) created specifically for this new UX card. The source data is in a module dimensioned by the regular hierarchy list of employees > departments > total company.

Any help will be appreciated. :)

This might be a silly question, but do you have summaries enabled for the amounts you would like to see for the parent members? If you have any screenshots of the issue you're experiencing, that would be helpful.

Hi @JMVasicek, thank you for your response.

Since this is an org hierarchy list which is a ragged hierarchy and each level of parent have their own attributes (job title, department, comp) and I can't use the summary method of 'Formula' when using lookup to pull these data points from a different module.

I think I have figured out a way where I will create a fake member for each parent level as a child item and then use last non-blank to pull the data.
