Here i want to have a time filter based on the combo . Where user filter highlighted(Red Colour) year . then dynamically the time filter should be applied 2025 to 2026

If you select FY24, all FY24 months get filtered.
If you select FY25, all FY25 months get filtered.
If the filter is blank, then both FY24 and FY25 months will be visible.
Let me know if you requirement is little different with this one.
