Think I must be having a mental block today but could someone advise what formula need to use in order to return the "Code" column shown in the left-hand side to the line item on the module shown on the right-hand side.

Hey @ChrisMcCarthy , For Code Line item use the Text format and apply the formula CODE(Entry).

The Code line item shall be text formatted and its formula will be CODE(Entity)
