is it possible to use a list property as a module row

I have a list with a property named project along with a whole number of Nother properties I would like a module where each project is a row item and columns for time this is to enable me to enter a value against this project for each month. Is this even possible? If so could someone tell me how?

    Create a module and apply this list and create all line items and refer everything from properties.

    Now you have a module which has product and it's attributes. Then you can create a view and create an import action to add the unique projects into project list. And then create a module with project list and time.
