Let me "Grab" your attention: Re-ordering categories and pages functionality
Hey there Anaplanners,
Wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing challenges with the recently released functionality for re-ordering categories and pages. When I use the grabber to reorder a page it seems to lag and can be temperamental to use. I'm only able to drag to the top of the category and cannot insert between existing pages (grabber freezes when I try this). I've tried different browsers but the behavior seems to be consistent.
Have you experienced the same? Any tips to improve the experience?

I've faced similar issues too when they first introduced and found the problem to be my browser's zoom level. Resetting the browser's zoom to 100% and I do not face the issue anymore. Not a permanent solution, but I do not reorder often so it's good until Anaplan improves it.

Even more frustratingly if you create a new page it drops it to the bottom of the list rather than into the sort - say if you're numbering them.
We've raised a ticket with support as this is the best way to flag up things that happen in the way you don't expect them to.

Guess it's expected behaviour on my point - at least that's consistent(ish) with all other elements of the platform

I think we don't need the zoom level trick anymore since the reported re-ordering behaviour is not seen anymore. It just works fine with wherever you would want to place/re-order a page/category.
