Charting the Course: Change Management for Anaplan CoE Leaders and Implementers on September 24
Often overlooked and underappreciated, effective change management is the single greatest contributor to the success of realizing the benefits of a project.
An Anaplan project does not end with the handover of cleverly built tools to practitioners; it's crucial to ensure that those practitioners can effectively use the tools and reap the benefits. In this discussion, James Snyder (@jasnyder1973) from Allitix and Kyle Welling (@kyle_welling_1) from Anaplan will cover how to establish a change management mindset, assessing appetite and aptitude for change, setting realistic goals, and navigating the process.
