Ability to add Notification Banner in the Bell Icon at Tenant Level

Currently if the admins want to roll out the information to all of its users (without sending emails or use group chats) , there is no way it can be done thru anaplan. They have to rely on external tools to send that information.

What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?

Tenant admins should have ability to leverage bell icon in the Anaplan platform and add a notification banner (for any communication to be cascaded to anaplan user base) so that any user who logs in (irrespective of what page he has access to or he navigates to) he should be able to see the banner hanging in the notification bell icon. Until he takes action or he reads it he should see it all the time.
Currently that notification bell icon is only used when somebody gets tagged. Most of the times it is used by Anaplan product team to send In product notifications ( end users really don't care about it)
