Provide Capability for Timeless Line Items

We have several line items that aren't necessaryily tied to specific time period. It appears we are forced to design particular functions in order for the values in those line items to carry forward from one time period to the next. It would be much simpler if they could be setup as "timeless".

How often is this impacting your users?

No major impact to users given there are workarounds on the model-building and data integration sides.

Who is this impacting? (ex. model builders, solution architects, partners, admins, integration experts, business/end users, executive-level business users)

What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?

Ex. is the MSRP of an item. The MSRP will never change. It could be beneficial to set up that line item so that it appears in an Year/qtr/month/wk I select instead of needing to send the same value attached to each and every one of those time periods.
