Anaplan batch files need both JRE and JDK or JDK is enough

we are planning to reduce number of software and driver in server. Also we are using batch file to import and export data in the server. Do i need both JRE and JDK

The JRE was discontinued some years ago; the JDK contains everything the JRE had so there would never be a need for both
