Autocalc of nonadjacent cells

In as much detail as possible, describe the problem or experience related to your idea.

→Anaplan can autocalc on an area, but it cannot autocalc between cells that are not adjacent. I want to be able to use autocalc even if I select cells that are not adjacent. Currently, if the cells are not adjacent, our users have to adjust filters and export to Excel.

What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?
→I would like to be able to display a simple calculation (Selected cell count, sum, average, minimum, maximum) at the bottom right of the screen when cells are selected across areas using the Control key like Excel autocalc.
