workflow - in a group task of 50 people. each assignees (50 people) has complete task button on the task page. but it doesn't make wait to see all the 50 people hitting complete button, we want anyone out of the 50 assignees to hit the complete button to work for all and push the task to the next step

    This can be achieved by configuring workflow rules.
    Below are the step by step Guide .
    1.Create a Group Task: Make sure to select group task.
    2.Assign Users :From dropdown or from the line item which contain user names.
    3.Set task Details: Enter task due date if any and time zone
    4.Configure Workflow Rule: On the Workflow setting, create a new workflow rules that specifies the task should move to the next step when any one of the assignees marks it as completed. Ensure that the rule is applied to the Group task which we have created earlier.

    Ensure all 50 assignees have the necessary permissions to complete the task.
