In Level 2 - Supply chain model - do my time settings look right?

The only reason I ask is because I've been unable to achieve some of the UX pages and, asking in prior questions, I seem to have everything right but the UX pages still aren't working. Would someone mind taking a look at my time settings?

    Okay, edit: None of my modules with boolean values are able to be edited. They are all grayed out. I double checked that the "Enter and Edit Cell Data" was toggled to TRUE. Also, the saved views are showing an small blue lock icon by them, I'm not sure if the two are related or not…
