'We can’t find this page" error will displaying when navigating to UX page

We can’t find this page" error will displaying when Our user Navigation to UX page
This error has been fixed on July 16th, 2024 release. We have clear the cache and history of the browser . It doesn't works well. Any one else have the same problem when Open the UX page, Could you help to give some suggestion for this error ? Thanks

    Hi @Lidemao. Can you explain how the user is trying to get to the page? If they're clicking on a link someone sent, they may not have access to the underlying model.

    If you include some steps it will help the community troubleshoot more precisely!

    Thank you for your reply [ they may not have access to the underlying model]

    I deleted the user Email from user list ,then add user again. it works well , The error not displayed when

    user Navigation to UX home page.
