Geo-Map 'Checkered' view

Hello Team,

I am working with a Geo Map and I realize that when I hover over a territory, it shows the details I want it to show but when I click on a territory, it becomes 'checkered' and remains like that until I select something else, which makes the new selection checkered. Why does Anaplan do that? How do I 'un-checker' the map again?

    @ankit_cheeni when an area of the map is selected every other Card on the page that shares that dimension is synced to that selection. For example if you select UK all Charts and Grids will show info for the UK. The area of the map is checkered so its clear which part of the map has been selected. This may be obvious when the UK is selected but would be less obvious with multiple custom territories created.

    Its possible the map is not checkered as the item that is synced on the page is not visible on the map.
