The file to upload is unusual : numbers are strange (value, format, decimal) and more than 220K lines.
see attached in xl format (not allowed to attach csv format)
then I am blocked in the training

csv file has a different format when opened and recorded
must be recorded and not opened

Hi - I cannot seem to create a migration for Assignment 3 and it will not allow me to update the hierarchy and proceed further. It seems to think that a link has already been created, but I don't see anything. Any ideas?
