Issues in creating workflow

I am trying to create a workflow for below scenario -

Module - dimension is number list rolling to division .
Three line items - user ,approve ,reject

3. I want to create WF ,so that approver can either approve or reject individual row item .

4. Below is screen shot of workflow .

My requirement

- user click on Line item first to approve or reject and accordingly can click on workflow colored buttons on right side of screen .Is is possible to do ? How to link line item and workflow buttons ?

Anaplan's native workflow buttons (on the right) control the overall status of a dashboard or module view, not individual rows. To enable an approver to approve or reject individual line items, you'll need to create custom Boolean line items (e.g., Approve Request, Reject Request) within your module. Approvers will check these checkboxes per row, and then a separate, custom action button on your dashboard (not the workflow pane) will trigger a process to update a Request Status line item for each row. The right-side CatTranslator workflow buttons would then be used to move the entire approval step to the next stage once all row-level decisions are made.

@Ryan247Zook Can I say, there is no dependency between workflow and module inputs. Even if user doesn't click on Boolean on individual row, user can still click on Workflow reject or approve on right side of page. This is what I have noticed but need a confirmation before I communicate to client.
