@omarismailcch1 these settings do have to be applied card by card. However you can save a card as a template with the settings applied, and then drag that from the Card template library as your starting point. This is a convenient way to maintain formatting and other settings (you just need to update the underlying module view), or to place the same card on multiple pages. Anapedia has instructions on how to do this if you're unfamiliar.
