Copy Over Version to Version

Hi Anaplanners,

I’m working with a model that utilizes Native Versions across all modules. We have multiple scenarios set up, including Actuals, 3+9 Forecast, and 4+8 Forecast versions.

The current task involves copying data from the 3+9 Forecast version into the 4+8 Forecast version, but only for specific modules, not across the entire model.

As you know, the Bulk Copy functionality copies data across all modules, which doesn’t suit this requirement.

Has anyone implemented a workaround for this using Native Versions? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You could create a custom copy action in that case.

Hi @devrathahuja thanks for the response. The solution you drafted in that report is very useful but it's making use of a dropdown custom version list which a Native Anaplan version can not do. The method does not apply for modules that utilize the native Anaplan Version. Can you recommend any other solution please?

is there a way to import data with months in columns (usual excel table view)?
