Firstly, in designing Anaplan workflow, is it possible to make multiple parallel tasks that are not dependent on each other instead of allowing them to depend on each other meaning, once a task is completed, it can trigger multiple subsequent tasks simultaneously for different users or groups.
Secondly, it has to do with notifications. One person needs to complete 5 different tasks, but the email notification is overwhelming, since this task needs to be completed by just one person, is it possible to limit the email notification to just once though the task can be assigned immediately after the previous one is completed.
Thirdly, is there something that can be done to also allow the note attached to the previous end user dropped in their completed task to also show up on the email notification of the next end user assigned task. the note part was blank on the email. And you have to get into workflow and navigate some process before you can see the note.
