Process doesn't run actions properly, but running individual actions does run properly?

I have a quirky case where I have 4 actions in a process.

When I run the process the actions do not perform as expected.

When I run the actions in the same sequence separately they run fine.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how best to solve it?

Can you elaborate the issue you're facing?

What is the expected behavior & what is it that you're getting when running it as a process?

@devrathahuja We figured it out! there was a delete action at the end of the process which was incorrectly deleting valid items. Just need to change the sequence, problem solved!
