Add user via integration (Cloudworks)

I’m currently setting up a logic where the customer can create users, assign model roles, and set selective access via integration. Everything worked well up until we started running the integration. At that point, the integration fails whenever there are new users in the file. It seems like the CloudWorks integration doesn’t have "permission" to create users in Anaplan. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Yep, we uncovered the same. The 'Internal (Full Access)' user does not have full workspace admin access.

The https://help.anaplan.com/cloudworks-guidelines-d1937191-e553-42d0-ae6a-8a5ef015d35c state "Don't use CloudWorks to create a user account". In order to integrate our Security Hub application to manage user access in the spoke models we have used an Anaplan Connect script in lieu of CloudWorks given it's limitations.
