Can we apply DCA on one line item for the different accounts?

To be more specific, I have only one Boolean line item called "submit?" with a different accounts. At a time, I need to check only one account Boolean and other accounts boolean needs to be disabled. Can we achieve this with DCA?

Hi @RaghuMulki ,

Yes, you can achieve this using DCA. For this, you can create a new line item in the same module to act as the DCA driver. In this line item, you’ll define the logic like this:

If no boolean is checked, then the DCA should allow all accounts (TRUE for all). You can use a No Dimension module to get the overall summary of the boolean across all accounts.
If any one account is checked, then use ISFIRSTOCCURRENCE() to identify which one should remain enabled, and make all others FALSE.

This way, only the first checked boolean remains editable, and all others get disabled.

Steps I would follow is as below:

Change the summary of line item "Submit?" to Any.
Then insert a line item with no dimensions to count that if Submit? then 1 else 0.
1. Line item name: Count - Submit?
2. Dimensions: Blank.
3. Formula: if 'Submit?' then 1 else 0
4. Summary: Sum.
Insert a line item called DCA - Submit?
1. Line item name: DCA - Submit?
2. Dimensions: Same as module.
3. Formula: if 'Count - Submit?'>0 then if 'Submit?' then true else false else true.
4. Summary: none.
Apply DCA - Write to be the line item 'DCA - Submit?'.
