I have mistakenly deleted my Level 2 Supply Chain Model

I have (in a lapse of thought) deleted my supply chain level 2 model. I cannot go back to my Sprint 1 resources to download this again. Is this resource available anywhere for me to re-add to my workspace?

I am unfortunately stuck with my training until I can start this portion again.
