How can I have this access/permission.
The page builder is a tenant-wide role that can only be assigned by someone with the tenant administrator role. Users with the tenant administrator role are often senior member(s) of your COE and/or support organization. Companies often require that requests for new privileges like page builder go through a formal provisioning process like a ServiceNow request. If you are unable to resolve this access issue with your own support organization, Anaplan's support team may be able to help you identify who these tenant administrators are so you can direct your request to the right person.
If this doesn't answer your question, if you'd please provide more context on where/how you encountered this error? Please note that in Anaplan's training, users can complete most of the activities with personal pages (without the need for this privilege).
