Error when downloading supply chain model from anaplan academy

Good day,

I receive an error when downloading level 2 supply chain model from anaplan academy to my workspace. I have also tried clearing cache and used various browsers with the same result.

See error attached.

Try to contact " support@anaplan.com , " they will download the modules needed into your workspace manually.
