Actuals and Forecast input in same module

Hi community,

I am going through something as below.

I have a module inp01 which I want to use for end user input for forecast. In the same modules I have actuals periods and forecast periods. Users want to see actuals when entering forecast. This means I need to pull actual from a module dat01 into this input module and also ability to input forecast at the same time in forecast version. Example Jan - Jun actuals from dat01 and forecast input there after.

I achieved this using actual periods filter and formula but unable to make this dynamic. i.e. if actuals change for some reason they should also change in inp01.

Is it possible in Anaplan?

Any advice on this is much appreciated.

If you are using naitive versions then use Switchover, otherwise use DCA

I used DCA and got the view correctly. However, I realised that when actuals change for some reason, the actuals in my input module are not changing.

So need to keep importing the actuals when they are changes, so some incremental import action needs to be build, to update input module as well.

I completely understand that. Actuals can be updated whenever there are changes. But my problem is these actuals are not dynamically being updated in my input module inp01.

It won't change unless you're using anaplan naitive version and switchover.
